We all need to move our bodies in all directions many times throughout our day to allow for full circulation, exchange of nutrients in our muscles and skin and an increase in blood flow to our brain. Chicago Center for Myofascial Pain Relief is dedicated to helping you learn to move and eliminate your pain.

We offer accessible and reasonably priced prerecorded self-care classes where people can learn how to move and to eliminate their own pain using self-applied Trigger Point Elimination techniques.

Some examples of our exercise classes are (paused due to COVID)

  • Trigger Point Yogi-fit
  • Dynamic Balance and Fitness
  • Fit Over (or near) Fifty
  • Zumba Fitness, Latin dance style exercise
  • Trigger Point Kid-Fit, designed for kids ages 8 to 14 years
  • High School Fit and Fun designed for kids in high school

Some examples of our self-care workshops are:

  • Self-care techniques to eliminate neck, shoulder and head pain
  • Self-care techniques to eliminate lower back, buttocks and hip pain
  • Fit-Ball Body Therapy Ball techniques for Myofascial Release
  • Tiger Tail (trade mark) Compression tools for self-care to eliminate knee, thigh, shin and calf pain
  • Couples: Self-care compression and Assisted Stretching for Muscle and Fascial Fitness
  • Fit and Healthy Fascia for Yogis; Assisted Trigger Point Pressure Release combined with Yoga-style stretching and balance
